Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or join our workshops and programmes, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Effective from 17 September 2026  |  Last updated 17 September 2026

1Who we are

This website, coach.raghuaman.com, is operated by Coach Raghu Aman, trading as Raghu Aman, an Emotional Intelligence and Relationship coaching practice based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "our").

We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We handle it in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us.

2What this policy covers

This policy applies when you:

  • visit coach.raghuaman.com or any of its pages, including our Telugu and English workshop pages;
  • register or pay for The Chosen Emotion™ Live Workshop, The Chosen Emotion™ Bootcamp, a Clarity Call or any other programme;
  • join our WhatsApp community, attend a live session on Zoom, or contact us.

Websites and apps we link to, such as Razorpay, Zoom and WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies.

3Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and mobile or WhatsApp number when you register or pay.
  • Your city or country, if you choose to share it.
  • Messages you send us, and questions you ask in sessions.
  • Answers you give in worksheets, readiness assessments or Clarity Calls, such as the challenges you would like help with.
Sharing personal or emotional experiences is always your choice. Please share only what you are comfortable with. We treat anything you share about your personal life, relationships or wellbeing as confidential.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password or CVV. We receive only the details needed to confirm your purchase, such as your name, contact details, amount paid, payment status and transaction ID.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location based on IP address, the pages you view, how you scroll and click, and the ad or link that brought you to us.

4How we use your information

  • To register you for a workshop or programme and deliver it, including sending your Zoom joining link, reminders and bonus materials.
  • To process payments, send receipts and handle refund requests.
  • To reply to your questions and provide support.
  • To tell you about our other programmes, such as the Bootcamp, which we may introduce during or after a workshop. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use our pages so we can make them clearer and easier to use.
  • To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to prevent fraud or misuse.

We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give when you register, pay or submit a form, and where the law otherwise allows us to process your information.

5Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): tells us when a visitor from our Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp ads views a page or completes a registration, and helps Meta show our ads to people likely to find them useful.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): shows us heatmaps and anonymised recordings of how visitors scroll and click, so we can improve our pages. Clarity is set to mask text you type into forms.
  • Website and CRM cookies (our website platform): keep pages and forms working and connect your registration to your contact record.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram Ad preferences. To learn how Microsoft handles Clarity data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

6WhatsApp, email, SMS and calls

By registering or paying, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp, email, SMS or phone about the programme you signed up for, including joining links, reminders, schedule changes and support.

We may also send you information about upcoming workshops and programmes. To stop these messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or write to us at [email protected]. We will still send essential messages about anything you have already purchased.

7Live sessions, recordings and our community

  • Zoom sessions: keeping your camera and microphone on is optional. You may use your first name only as your display name.
  • Recordings: some sessions may be recorded so that enrolled participants can watch them again. We will tell you at the start of a session if it is being recorded. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat or ask questions privately.
  • WhatsApp community: depending on WhatsApp's settings, other members may be able to see your name, profile photo or number. Please do not share another person's private information in the group.
  • Testimonials: we will only publish your feedback, name, photo or video with your permission, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

8Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for the services they provide to us. These include:

  • Razorpay, for payment processing;
  • our website, CRM and messaging platform (BizParadise, built on HighLevel / LeadConnector), for hosting pages, storing contact records and sending messages;
  • Zoom, for live sessions;
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), for our community, messaging and advertising;
  • Microsoft, for website analytics through Clarity;
  • email and cloud storage providers, and our accountants or advisors where needed.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or if our business is transferred to another owner, who would then be bound by this policy.

9Storage outside India

Some of our service providers store or process information on servers outside India, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and follow the requirements of Indian law on cross-border transfers.

10How long we keep your information

  • Participant and contact records: for as long as you are a participant or in contact with us, and generally for up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Payment and invoice records: for the period required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
  • Session recordings: for as long as the programme offer includes access to them.
  • Website analytics: for the periods set by the analytics providers.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

11How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) pages, password-protected accounts with limited access, and trusted payment and hosting providers. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

12Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update your information;
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
  • withdraw your consent, which will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it;
  • resolve a complaint about how we handle your information;
  • let a person you nominate exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you registered with. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to you.

13Age limit

Our workshops and programmes are meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will let registered participants know by email or WhatsApp.
