1About these terms

The website coach.raghuaman.com and the programmes offered on it are provided by Coach Raghu Aman, trading as Raghu Aman , based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "our").

By using this website, registering, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or pay.

2Our programmes

• The Chosen Emotion™ Live Workshop: a live online workshop on emotional awareness, delivered on Zoom in Telugu or English. The date, time, duration, fee and included bonuses are shown on the workshop page when you register.
• The Chosen Emotion™ Bootcamp: a paid, multi-session Emotional Intelligence programme with live sessions, recordings, bonus materials and community access, as described in the offer at the time of enrolment.
• Clarity Call / Strategy Session: a 20-minute one-to-one call to help you decide whether the Bootcamp is right for you. Where stated in the offer, the fee is adjusted against the Bootcamp fee if you enrol.
• Other workshops, masterclasses, courses and digital resources we may offer from time to time.

If the details on a specific offer or checkout page differ from these terms, the details on that page apply to that purchase.

3Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. Please give accurate details when registering. Your registration is personal to you: please don't share your joining link, access or materials with others.

4Education, not therapy or medical advice

Our workshops, programmes and calls are educational and coaching services that teach Emotional Intelligence as a life skill. They are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric or medical treatment, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. They are not a substitute for help from a qualified doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, lawyer or financial advisor.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for seeking professional help where appropriate.

5Prices and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards and net banking. Razorpay's own terms apply to your payment.
• Your registration is confirmed only when your payment is successful.
• Special prices, such as a workshop-only Bootcamp price, are valid only for the period and participants stated in the offer.
• We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.

6How we deliver our services

All our services are delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically.

• After a successful payment, you will see a confirmation page with a link to our WhatsApp community. Your Zoom joining link, reminders and updates are shared there and may also be sent by email or WhatsApp message.
• Workshop bonuses, such as workbooks and toolkits, are shared digitally as described on the workshop page.
• You need a stable internet connection and a device that can run Zoom. Please join on time. We are not responsible if you cannot attend because of your own connection, device or schedule.
• If you have paid but have not received your joining details at least 2 hours before a session, message us on WhatsApp +91 90000 66814 with your payment details.

7Cancellations and refunds

Live workshop fee

The workshop registration fee is non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend. If we cancel a workshop, you may choose to attend the next available date or receive a full refund.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp fees are non-refundable once you have enrolled. If you miss live sessions, you can use the recordings and any re-run access included in your offer. Please enrol only if you are ready to take part.

Clarity Call / Strategy Session

You may reschedule once if you tell us at least 24 hours before your call. If you miss a call without notice, the fee is not refunded. Where the offer states that the fee is adjustable against the Bootcamp, the adjustment applies when you enrol within the period stated at booking.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted for a payment that failed, we will refund the extra amount once we have verified it.

How refunds work

To request a refund where one applies, email [email protected] with your name, registered phone number and payment ID within 7 days of the payment. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. It may then take a further 5 to 10 working days for your bank to show the amount, depending on the payment method.

8Our Transformation Commitment

For the Bootcamp, if you attend the live sessions, complete the implementation exercises and apply the frameworks, and still feel you have not received meaningful value, we will provide additional implementation guidance to help you put the concepts into practice. This commitment is additional support. It is not a refund guarantee.

9Results and testimonials

Every person's situation is different. Results depend on your own effort, consistency and circumstances, and on other people involved in your life. We do not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, career or financial outcome.

Testimonials on our website and ads reflect the real experiences of individual participants. They are not a promise that you will get the same results.

10Offers made during workshops

Our low-cost workshops include an invitation to join our paid programmes, such as the Bootcamp or a Clarity Call. Joining is completely optional. You can attend the workshop and use everything taught in it without buying anything further.

11Participant conduct and confidentiality

To keep sessions and our community safe and respectful, you agree to:

• treat the host, team and other participants with respect;
• keep what other participants share private and not record, screenshot or repeat it outside the session;
• not post spam, promotions, offensive, abusive or illegal content;
• not disrupt sessions or misuse the WhatsApp community.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from a session, community or programme, without a refund.

12Recordings

We may record live sessions so enrolled participants can watch them again. We will announce this at the start of the session. You may keep your camera off and use only your first name. You may not record, download or share any session yourself.

13Our content and intellectual property

The Chosen Emotion™ name and method, and all workshop and programme content, including videos, recordings, slides, workbooks, worksheets, toolkits, templates and website content, belong to Raghu Aman / Raghu Aman Coach. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, share, resell, publish, teach or create courses from our materials without our written permission.

14Changes to schedules and content

Sometimes we may need to change a session date, time, platform or content, for example because of illness or technical problems. If this happens, we will tell you as early as possible through WhatsApp or email and offer a new date or equivalent access. We will make sure the overall value of the programme stays the same.

15Third-party services

We use services such as Razorpay, Zoom, WhatsApp and our website platform to deliver our programmes. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their outages or errors. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

16Limits of our liability

We provide our website and programmes in good faith and with reasonable care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on what you learn from us. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be limited.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
